Payment

To reserve a rental slot, we request a 50% deposit before the shoot. This deposit is refundable only if the reservation is cancelled 5 business days prior the reserved date. For non-account customers we request the balance is to be paid at the end of the shoot. For account customers, a standard invoice will be sent & payment is requested within 30 days.

Studio Use

A standard booking is an 8 hour day 9am-5pm. The client must include set up and take down time within the hours booked, to avoid overtime charges. If at the end of the time slot the renter needs more time to work, he/she may purchase additional time at the regular hourly cost, unless it will interfere with another scheduled shoot.
